This image shows incorrect guardrails being used during a rooftop construction site. The plastic, yellow end rails held together by rope were unstable were poor attempt at guarding the ledge from potential falls. TC Risk Management Services arrived on site to perform a hazard assessment. This was one of the many OHSA violations.
