This image shows a construction job gone wrong. The construction company was visited by OSHA and received multiple fines for failing to meet OSHA standards. Their fall protection best practices were non-existent along with a number of other misconducts. TC Risk Management provided a 30-hour OSHA training course for the employees with an emphasis on fall protection.
